In this ever-moving city, we are all searching for a refuge where the clamor fades.

We established a composed and understated spatial vocabulary, anchored by a core palette of black, grey, and white.

The original layout was constrained and suffered from a lack of light. Our design focused on a meticulous reorganization of traffic flow and the strategic introduction of light, maximizing the dwelling's two primary windows. This allows natural light to gently wash over the interior, bringing a soft, warm counterpoint to the cool color scheme.

Despite a small footprint, we realized every detail on the homeowner's wish list, including a central island counter and an open-concept wardrobe, creating an environment perfectly tailored to their unique character.

Every clean line and precise proportion within the home now speaks to the owner’s maturity and quiet confidence. Like a deeply considered stroke of art, the design is powerful without being boastful, sketching the sophisticated silhouette of his life.

In this limited square footage, we never conceded any part of the vision of a true home, we simply gave life attitude, form, and a palpable warmth.
